People often ask me what makes this little stretch of Florida so special.

The truth is, it's hard to explain until you've experienced it.

It's the quiet walks on the beach before most people are awake. It's neighbors who wave because they actually know your name. It's watching the sea turtles return every year and never getting tired of another sunrise.

I've called this area home since 1988, and after all these years, I still smile every time I cross the bridge and head toward the beach.

Life has taken me to some wonderful places over the years, but every road seemed to lead me back here.

Helping people buy and sell homes here isn't just my career.

It's my way of sharing a place I've loved for decades.
