My Story
If we've never met before, welcome.
Thank you for taking a few minutes to learn a little about me.
I'm a Florida girl...always have been.
Life has taken me to some wonderful places over the years, but no matter where I've gone, I've always found myself drawn back to this little stretch of coastline.
I fell in love with Ormond Beach in 1988.
Back then, the beach felt even quieter, A1A wasn't nearly as busy, SR 40 was just a two-lane road, and there was something about this community that immediately felt different. It wasn't flashy. It was simply a place where people waved, life moved a little slower, and I knew I'd found home.
Turns out, I was right.
Over the years, this place has become so much more than where I live. It's where I've built lifelong friendships, served in my church, celebrated life's happiest moments, walked through some of its harder seasons, and watched this incredible community continue to grow.
It's where my story has unfolded.
Home Means Family
My husband, Gary, and I are blessed with six children and ten grandchildren.
One of the biggest reasons we chose to move back home was simple—we wanted to be close to family. Today, six of our grandchildren live within a few hours of us, and some of my favorite days are the ordinary ones spent together.
Whether it's a sunny afternoon at the beach, kayaking, trying another local restaurant, or simply relaxing together on a rainy day, those moments remind me what really matters.
They are my heart.
Why I Love What I Do
People sometimes ask why I chose real estate.
The honest answer is...I didn't choose it because I love houses.
I chose it because I love people.
Every buyer has a story.
Every seller has a reason.
Some are celebrating a dream come true. Others are saying goodbye to a home filled with years of memories. Some are beginning an exciting new chapter, while others are navigating one they never expected.
I never forget that behind every contract is someone's life.
Helping people through those moments is a privilege I never take for granted.
More Than Just Closing Day
Many of my clients live out of state and own a second home or condominium here along our beautiful coast.
One of the greatest compliments I receive is when they tell me they can head back home with complete peace of mind because they know someone they trust is here if they ever need anything.
Whether it's checking on a property after a storm, recommending a reliable local contractor, answering a quick question, or simply being a familiar face nearby, I'm always happy to help.
For me, real estate doesn't end on closing day.
That's often where the relationship begins.
Integrity Matters
Doing the right thing has always been important to me.
I'm honored to serve on the Grievance Committee for the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS®, helping uphold the professionalism and ethical standards of our local real estate community.
I've also earned my Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation and serve as a Florida Notary Public because I believe learning never stops and every opportunity to better serve my clients matters.
Credentials are important.
But character matters even more.
I want my clients to know they have someone who will tell them the truth, protect their interests, communicate honestly, and treat them the way I'd want my own family to be treated.
Life Along the Coast
When I'm not working, you'll probably find me enjoying many of the same things that first made me fall in love with this area.
Walking the beach before most people are awake.
Watching sea turtle season unfold every summer.
Kayaking through Florida's beautiful waterways.
Surf fishing.
Hiking.
Playing pickleball.
Sharing a meal at one of our favorite local restaurants.
Spending time with family and friends.
Serving at church.
These aren't just hobbies.
They're the moments that refill my cup and remind me why I love living here.
My hope is that when my clients find a home here, they don't just fall in love with the house.
They fall in love with this way of life.
If We Work Together...
If you've made it this far, thank you for spending a little time getting to know me.
Whether you're buying your first home, searching for a vacation getaway, relocating to the coast, or preparing to sell a home that's been part of your family's story, I'd be honored to help.
My promise is simple.
I'll listen well.
I'll communicate honestly.
I'll protect your interests as if they were my own.
And I'll be here long after the closing papers are signed.
I hope we get the chance to meet.
